LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT MYSELF
After working in the metal cutting business, owning and operating two Tool and Diemaking Factories, it was my decision to move on, but continue to work one on one with people. Hence it was decided that I would enter the world of Real Estate on the sales level. I started my career very happily with New Haven's largest Real Estate Company, The Beazley Co. I felt very strongly about their goal which was to help people achieve their dreams. After two successful years I was awarded many awards, one of which consisted of being inducted into " The Founder's Club", which recognizes agents who are in the top 10% of the company for sales. The Midd Shore Board of Realtors awarded me quarterly achievement awards for a high level of sales 6 out of the last 7 quarters, and The 100% Platinum Award,was awarded to me for receiveing a 100% satisfaction rating from my customers. After Beazley's decision to sell to Prudential I was approached by several major Real Estate Companies to join with them. If ever there was a time to test the waters, this was it. I decided that I would depart Prudential and give it a try somewhere else. I did fine at my choice and the new company treated me both respect and honesty. However, I had a hole in my heart, as I left behind people with whom I respected and cared a great deal for. Also, collectively, the office staff at Prudential Ct. in Guilford was hands down the most professional that I had ever worked with. Hence, it was decided that I would return to the office that I had missed so much and learned to trust unconditionally.
I love what I do and I take it very seriously when customers put their trust in me to either sell their home or find a home for them. There are a lot of twists and turns in the road along the way and it is my responsibility to navigate the journey for you. I will keep in constant touch with you to make sure you know all the time where we are and where we are going. I want you to feel free at all times to call me and I supply all my telephone numbers!!
As to my private life I live in Guilford, Ct. with my wife and American Eskimo dog, " Nikko," and have lived here since 1979. My two children live in neighboring towns and are indirectly involved in Real Estate Sales. My daughter has her own "Staging" Company, which is a process of helping the sellers better present their home. I would be happy to go into more detail on this wonderful way to help sellers whenever you would like to find out if staging would benefit you. My son is a mortgage agent for a company that is featured on the mortgage rate buttons to your left. I have two grandchildren and LIFE IS GOOD !! In my spare time I walk the trails in The Guilford & Branford Land Trust. It has always been my opinion that hiking puts you in touch with all the things that are most important in your life. I love hiking and have hiked twenty of the forty 4,000 footers in The White Mountains, in New Hampshire. I don't get there much anymore due to my hectic life style. However, I visit them daily on mountwashington. If hiking is my love, then snowmobiling is my passion. It is one that my wife shares with me. Once a year we trek back to her home state of Maine and her home town and sled an average of 1000 miles in one week.
