Welcome to my web site. Before we get into my web site, I thought I would share a couple letters with you that I received from two clients that have just completed the sale of their homes thru my efforts. I am very humbled by their remarks. However, I felt compelled to share them with you.You also can read many more customer remarks in the testimonial section of this web site. Dear Bob,
I have made several attempts to express our appreciation for your kindness. The depth of kindness Jim and I feel for all you did is unmeasurable. You handled our situation with gentileness and compassion.Jim and I were off the human spectrom of emmotions with reaching an agreement to move and you gave us all the space, time, and understanding we needed.
Our first experience with you was a little over two years ago when we walked into the agency and you were on floor duty. We were looking for a condo and at that very moment you took us under your care and we found just what we were looking for in one day. We had just experienced working with another agent for a year.
Now unfortunately, Jim has found condo living too restricting and acquiring a large dog,he has decided that we had to buy a house.
I remember calling you after 9PM on a Saturday evening so upset, and you said you would be over on Monday and we would talk. After much discussion, you told us to think it over well.
Within one month at some ungodly hour, I called you in an emotional state. Again ,you showed genuine compassion as you were put in a position where none of us would choose to be in. I remember you saying you would find something comparable and that you did.
The day we found our new home, you talked to the seller's agent and good things happened. Our condo sold in two weeks, above the asking price, and a good $20,000 more than we had thought. We had to be out and I hope you realize how grateful we are for you finding us temporary housing where our dog "Cassie" would be able to stay with us.
I personally have benefitted from your positive attitude. I remember you saying "Life is good" and I find myself feeling that also.
